Whole-Child Insight for Stronger Student Support
AssessED helps schools see student needs earlier, coordinate support more effectively, and make informed decisions before challenges become crises.
With real-time dashboards, risk indicators, intervention tracking, case notes, and whole-child insight, AssessED gives school teams a clearer view of student wellness and progress, helping them move from scattered information to timely, coordinated action.
What AssessED Helps Schools Do
AssessED helps school teams:
Identify Student Needs Sooner
AssessED helps school teams recognize students who may need support before concerns escalate into larger challenges.
Screen the Whole Child
The platform captures insight across whole-child domains, giving schools a clearer view of social, emotional, behavioral, family, and wellness needs.
View Risk in Real Time
Real-time dashboards and early risk flags help staff quickly understand which students may need attention and follow-up.
Coordinate Support
AssessED helps social workers, staff, and support teams stay aligned by organizing follow-up, referrals, and next steps in one place.
Track Notes, Interventions, & Progress
Teams can document case notes, record interventions, monitor progress, and maintain a clearer history of student support.
Guide Smarter Decisions
By monitoring trends across students, schools, or districts, AssessED helps leaders use clearer insight to guide resources, planning, and intervention decisions.
How It Works
Students complete a screener designed to identify whole-child needs. Results are organized into dashboards that help school teams identify risk levels, understand patterns, and determine where support should begin.
From there, staff can document concerns, coordinate follow-up, track interventions, and monitor progress over time. AssessED complements existing school systems by adding well-being and risk insight that can inform intervention planning and support.
When connected to counseling, AssessED helps schools identify students who may need support sooner, track concerns across whole child domains, document interventions, and coordinate follow up between counselors, social workers, and school staff.
