Schools should not have to manage student support alone. As a community-based partner, LERU helps schools connect the people, services, tools, and resources needed to support students, families, and staff more effectively.

Our role is to help schools identify needs, coordinate support, strengthen family engagement, support attendance and school climate goals, train staff, and reduce fragmented services.

AssessED by LERU strengthens this model by giving schools real-time insight into student needs, early risk indicators, case notes, and whole-child domains. Together, LERU’s services and AssessED help school teams move from scattered information to clearer action, creating a more connected system for student wellness, family engagement, attendance support, and intervention planning.
