Stronger Support.
Safer Schools.
We help schools reduce incidents, strengthen families, build staff capacity, and use whole-child insight to respond before challenges become crises.
School Support That Starts With
Seeing the Whole Student
Every student’s experience is shaped by more than what happens in class. Their emotions, family life, relationships, confidence, stress, and sense of safety all influence how they learn, behave, and connect with others.
As a community-based school support agency, LERU helps schools recognize those needs earlier and respond with the right support. By combining student wellness services, parent and staff training, and real-time insight, we help schools support students sooner and strengthen the systems that help them thrive.
We deliver A Scalable Model
for Stronger Schools
LERU supports schools through a connected framework designed to improve student wellness, family engagement, staff readiness, and data-informed decision-making.
Mental Health counseling
We provide student-centered, culturally responsive, school-based mental health counseling and student support services that help identify emotional, behavioral, and social challenges before they escalate.
The Parent Institute
LERU helps schools engage parents and caregivers as partners in student success. Through practical workshops and family-centered programming, we equip families with tools to support student behavior, communication, and emotional wellness.
Paraprofessional Training
We train paraprofessionals and school support staff to better understand student needs, respond to challenging behaviors, support classroom routines, and strengthen their role within the school community.

AssessED
Our digital platform gives schools real-time visibility into student needs and helps teams identify concerns earlier, coordinate support, track interventions, and make more informed decisions.
Connected support for stronger School Communities
Schools should not have to manage student support alone. As a community-based partner, LERU helps schools connect the people, services, tools, and resources needed to support students, families, and staff more effectively.
Our role is to help schools identify needs, coordinate support, strengthen family engagement, support attendance and school climate goals, train staff, and reduce fragmented services.
AssessED by LERU strengthens this model by giving schools real-time insight into student needs, early risk indicators, case notes, and whole-child domains. Together, LERU’s services and AssessED help school teams move from scattered information to clearer action, creating a more connected system for student wellness, family engagement, attendance support, and intervention planning.
