MSK Curriculum
The MSK Curriculum helps girls and young women build confidence, strengthen identity, develop leadership skills, and prepare for future success. Guided programming focuses on emotional wellness, healthy relationships, communication, responsibility, conflict prevention, decision-making, and college, career, and life readiness.
The MSK Curriculum is a student empowerment program designed to help girls and young women strengthen confidence, identity, emotional wellness, leadership, and personal responsibility.
The curriculum provides schools with a structured framework for meaningful conversations, reflection, and skill-building around the experiences and challenges students face. Topics address self-confidence, healthy relationships, communication, decision-making, conflict prevention, responsibility, leadership, goal setting, and preparation for college, career, and life.
Through intentional programming, the MSK Curriculum helps students better understand their strengths, navigate relationships and challenges, develop their voice, and build the skills needed to make positive choices and pursue their goals.
